Amazon Sr. Product Manager - NAFN, Amazon Canada in Arlington, Virginia

As a Product Management Leader for Amazon Canada Retail, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging our world-class supply chain infrastructure to accelerate revenue and profitability growth. Your primary focus will be to define and refine the vision for end-to-end selection management, enabling Canadian customers to access Earth's greatest selection of products through a localized shopping experience. This role is in the Amazon Canada Cross-Border Product (XBP) team which focuses on maximizing selection available through cross-border fulfillment channels, improving in-stock levels and delivery speed, and reducing cost-to-serve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive the selection strategy to expand product offerings for Canadian customers, working cross-functionally with global teams across the organization.

  • Identify major obstacles and influence global teams to design and implement scalable solutions that enhance the customer experience.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build the infrastructure, capabilities, and reporting required to scale up product selection efficiently.

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators to consistently improve selection implementation and drive continuous optimization.

  • Lead the overall vision and execution of selection management initiatives, ensuring alignment with Amazon's customer-centric approach.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Product or Program management experience

  • Proven leadership experience in product management, preferably in e-commerce or retail environments.

  • Analytical horsepower and business acumen to identify opportunities, evaluate tradeoffs, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent program management skills with the ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from ideation to execution.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate with global teams and influence change.

  • Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and a relentless drive for continuous improvement.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience with end to end product delivery

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $110,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
