Job description:

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP technologies, extensive experience in architecting complex solutions, and a proven track record of delivering innovative and scalable SAP solutions. The SAP Industry SME- Solution Architect will play a critical role in shaping our technology strategy, driving digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. A Solution Architect is a Transformation Leader, and must demonstrate they understand Capgemini's approach to Transformational Change and can convince clients of our ability to lead and deliver change on a complex program. Understands the relationship between change activities and the broader program delivery, able to consider this in both solution and delivery execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee, or be responsible for, design, development and delivery of templates, accelerators, and IP's across multiple areas of expertise.

• Provide strategic Architecture Solutioning for the SAP Demand to Supply team, overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of supply chain processes.

• Develop and implement a vision for the evolution of demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory management using SAP modules, such as SAP APO, SAP IBP, PP/DS, DP, SNP, and MRP

• Oversee, or be responsible for, the design, development and delivery of offerings across multiple areas of expertise.

• Provide strategic leadership for the SAP architecture team, overseeing the design and implementation of end-to-end SAP solutions.

• Established personal brand amongst peers and executive leaders as the domain expert to call upon for the most critical sales and delivery opportunities.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, executives, and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop SAP architecture roadmaps.

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP solutions, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and alignment with industry best practices.

• Drive innovation by staying abreast of SAP updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends, and recommending strategic enhancements to our SAP landscape.

• Manage a team of SAP architects, providing mentorship, guidance, and support for professional development.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, SAP partners, and other external stakeholders.

• Collaborate with IT leadership to ensure that SAP solutions align with overall technology and business strategies.

• Lead the evaluation and selection of SAP technologies and tools to meet business needs.

• Provide technical leadership and support for SAP implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery and adherence to architecture standards.

• Present architecture concepts, strategies, and roadmaps to senior leadership and stakeholders

Required Skills:

Strong Automotive Industry Experience

15 years professional experience with expert knowledge in a specific area of the SAP suite and able to comprehensively apply that expertise across all applicable industry verticals.

Recognized externally as an expert in a specific area of the solution.

Consistently updates knowledge of the latest SAP releases, capabilities, and roadmaps.

Able to plan, lead and represent the entire proposal, ensuring the quality of proposal delivery through the mobilization and motivation of appropriate teams.

Capabilities on/off, peer solution architects, domain experts across BL's, etc), including estimation of the effort required to deliver the entire scope of a project and propose and optimize resource for opportunities in excess of $50 million across Capgemini lines of business.

Proven experience leading and managing a team of SAP architects in a senior management role.
