Function Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our team. As an HR Intern in our Latin America Region, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of a regional capability program that enables digital mindset and adoption.

  • Support the preparation of content for Strategic Talent Review.

  • Support the implementation, monitor, and enhance an internal development program for middle management in the region – Growing @ MDLZ

  • Define and deliver an education plan to develop future-forward in the people team linked to the organization's Vision 2030

  • Support celebration and engagement agenda for the regional headquarters office.

Requirements and Preferred Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Preferred fluency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to effectively communicate and translate between the two languages in a professional setting.

  • Excellent communication skills and resilience.

  • Adaptable, with interpersonal savvy and engaged in diverse extracurricular activities.
