The jail programs team philosophy is to provide a positive, dignified environment that helps individuals gain self-awareness, knowledge and skills needed for reentry into society. As Jail Education Instructors, we provide educational services through the facilitation of cognitive-behavioral based therapy, substance abuse, and workforce readiness programs for participants both in-custody and at the Community Transition Center. The evidence-based curriculums we use address areas of risk that contribute to an individual remaining in the criminal justice system.
