Need 2 full time, temporary, seasonal Agricultural Equipment Operators to work in Browns Valley, MN. From: 04/15/2024 - 12/31/2024 Work: 48 Hours/Week, Mon. - Sat. 8 hrs./day As required for all workers in Minnesota, hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of 1.5 times the regular rate of pay. Must apply by: 08/24/2024 JOB DESCRIPTION: Operate and maintain all farming equipment to plant, cultivate, harvest, and haul crops. Formwork includes feeding, sorting, cleaning pens, and general farm maintenance. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 3 months experience; able to perform work that requires extensive sitting or walking, and repetitive movements; able to lift 100 lbs.; no minimum education required. Class D License. EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
