We are seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator for our customer, County Materials in Custer, WI. Military service members and veterans are encouraged to apply. Starting Wage: \$24.00/hour +, based on experience. Job Duties * Primarily operate articulating off road haul truck; operate dozer, excavator or other heavy mobile equipment as needed * Transport and dump materials safely and efficiently * Inspect equipment daily, maintain as needed * Responsible for good housekeeping of equipment * Communicate clearly with other personnel on site * Watch for and fix any safety or environmental hazards or noncompliance issues * Manage excessive dust by watering the roads * Ensure a critical supply of parts are in stock and available in case of a breakdown Work Environment * Work at various locations throughout Central WI * Work out of town approximately 12 weeks per year; home weekends * Work in outdoor weather conditions * Work near moving machinery and equipment * Work in a noisy environment Physical Requirements * Sitting * Carrying/Lifting 10 - 60 Pounds * Standing / Walking / Climbing * Squatting/Crouching/Kneeling/Bending * Pushing / Pulling / Reaching Above Shoulder Experience & Qualifications * 1-2 years\' experience in related field preferred * Ability to perform well as a team * Safety minded when performing tasks * Must be able to travel * Valid driver license with clean driving record required Central Processing Corporation connects candidates with rewarding careers in concrete manufacturing, an industry that\'s growing faster than most.
