We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in our Denver, CO office. In this role, you will… supervise the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and ensure all orders are completed to meet required deadlines.

The Role
Supervise the day-to-day operations of the warehouse
Keep all systems, files, logs, and inventory up-to-date and accurate
Order and maintain inventory and supplies needed for the daily operation of all departments
Consistently review equipment reports to ensure processes remain efficient
Ensure all orders are completed to meet required deadlines
Ensure that resources (i.e. Company vehicles, company and client equipment, etc.) are secured and maintained in proper working order
Perform quality inspections to ensure warehouse is in compliance and meeting guidelines
Ensure proper upkeep and cleaning is completed routinely
Conduct and/or attend meetings as needed
Manage all incoming and outgoing shipments
Keep safety as your #1 priority: adhering to company safety standards and all federal, state and local laws
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
2+ years of warehouse experience
Valid driver’s license
Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
Ability to operate a pallet jack and drive a forklift
Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer and terminal skills with high degree of accuracy.
Ability to handle various tasks simultaneously, organize, prioritize, make decisions, and work efficiently and effectively under deadlines required
Basic mechanical aptitude
Reads and understands shipping and receiving paperwork.
Safely use weight-bearing equipment (safety harness and ladders) within the maximum weight limitations of the equipment
Accurately measure distances, using tapes or other measuring devices
Operate appropriate computer or test equipment associated with position
Use hand tools in the manner for which they were intended including electric drills, hammers, and wrenches
Ability to complete work indoors, outdoors, in tight spaces and elevated upon an extension ladder, (approximately 28 ft high and 75 pounds) by bending, reaching, twisting, climbing, and working while standing up to 70% of the time
Ability to safely navigate various terrains, managing equipment and tools
Ability to lift and carry up to 75lbs
