Need 4 full time, temporary, seasonal Agricultural Equipment Operators to work in Elk River, MN. From: 04/01/2024 - 11/05/2024 Work: 40 hrs./week, Mon. - Fri. 8 hrs./day All work performed in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of time and a half. Employer may provide pay increases for performance, longevity and/or experience at employer s discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer s discretion. Must Apply By: 07/20/2024 JOB DUTIES: Operate farm equipment to assist with preparing the fields before planting, seeding the fields, and harvesting sod. Additional duties include mowing and cleaning the fields, completing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and cleaning the workshop as needed. Employees must be able to operate equipment including tractors, mowers and forklifts. Employees will complete general farm duties, as necessary. Haul sod to designated areas. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 3 months experience with job duties and equipment listed; able to lift 50 lbs.; valid Class D Driver's License; no minimum education required. EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
