Discover, analyze, profile and document findings on source data systems. Create source to target mappings using business rules to transform data. Assist development team during the development phase to resolve data issues and understand data constraints. Create and maintain data sets for Data Mining and Predictive Analytics. Once development activities are completed the candidate will drive the testing of the final data output.

Job requirements :

Requires Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Management, Human Resource Management, Communication, or a closely related field plus 4 years of relevant analyst experience in job offered or as Coordinator/Analyst. Also requires 4 years of experience with/using the following (which may have been gained concurrently):

• VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Balsamiq, and Taleo

• SQL, SQL Server, UML and MS Visio

• Marketing domain and Business Analysis

• Create data modeling programs and KPIs to calculate ARPU

• Data visualization techniques

Employment is contingent on successful completion of a pre-employment criminal background check, which may include a drug test.

Rate of pay: $128,981.00.
