Need 1 full time, temporary, seasonal Agricultural Equipment Operators to work in Halstad, MN. From: 04/18/2024 - 12/01/2024. Work: 48 hrs./week, Mon.- Fri. 8 hrs./day, Sat. 8hrs./day. 8:00am - 5:00pm. As required for all workers in Minnesota, hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of 1.5 times the regular rate of pay. Must apply by: 08/10/2024 JOB DUTIES: Performs duties like: Drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store grain crops. Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc, and drill to tractor. Till soil, plant and cultivate grain. Tow harvesting equipment. Drive and operate self-propelled combine. General lubrication, service (check fluids), repair, and service to farm machinery. Drive grain trucks to transport crops to elevator or storage area, supplies, tools or workers. Crops: Alfalfa, Corn, Soy Beans, Spring Wheat JOB REQUIREMENTS: (3) Months Experience Obtain driver's license in 30 days. Lift 50 lbs. EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
