Ag Equipment Operators needed to plant and harvest the potatoes. Work will primarily involve operating mechanized/power equipment. Examples of mechanized power equipment includes but is not limited to tractors, planters, sprayers, cultivators, field/mobile forklifts and other equipment. Workers will be expected to be able to operate agricultural equipment with or without direction, as well as service machinery, trucks and trailers and makes in-field repairs as needed. Work will take place in Lagrange, St Joseph Counties, Indiana and St. Joseph, Lenawee, and Monroe Counties in Michigan.

Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.

Workers will be paid a minimum of $18.18 in Indiana and 18.50 in Michigan per hour, with the opportunity to earn more through piece rate work.

Employer provides housing at no cost to workers who are not reasonably able to return same day to their residence. Separate sleeping rooms and bathroom facilities are designated for male and female workers.
