[IronMountain Solutions is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to provide the Space and Missile Defense Center of Excellence (CoE), currently and as it expands, with professional engineering, technical and programmatic assistance to support efforts in development of a NCR-IADS MIC. Advisory and assistance services may include advisory assistance support in; vulnerability and risk assessment and mitigation; project justification and defense; program planning; evaluation and analyses of programs, projects, budgets and performance; and project execution, transition and commercialization. This also includes providing programmatic support in the development and preparation of acquisition and procurement documents. These services are comprehensively categorized as Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support services. As such, SETA support must expeditiously acquire the fundamental understanding of CoEs mission support to the National Capital Regions Integrated Air Defense systems overall and respective Management and Integration offices mission, practices, policies, and procedures; and respond professionally and promptly to mission needs within a demanding, challenging, and evolving environment.

• Familiarity with communications and network support for NCR-IADS testing and training environment.
• Possess an in-depth knowledge on the communications architecture as well as a deep understanding of the Avenger configuration.
• Assist in the preparation, review, and evaluation of program documentation for management and technical reviews.
• Be familiar with annual Exercise American Shield (EAS) and annual Culminating Training Exercise (CTE).
• Provide monthly support to the operational AMD Task Force for Avenger.
• Provide additional support during training exercises and certification events as required.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use tools or controls; normal physical activity (reach with hands and arms; climb stairs); and communicate effectively with all levels of employees and leadership. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 25 pounds.
