Senior Specialist, Organizational Development
Plans and executes organizational development initiatives that improve individual and/or organizational results. Using consulting and needs analysis methods, interacts with functional organizations to identify gaps in organizational effectiveness and factors contributing to those gaps. Recommends and/or creates programs that enable groups to improve their effectiveness. Implements organizational development programs. Identifies evaluation methods to determine program effectiveness and provides reports.
Consults with business leaders regarding gaps between current and desired business results.
Recommends effective responses.
Creates and/or selects organizational development programs.
Implements comprehensive programs to achieve results.
Evaluates and reports results.
Exemplifies KCS Vision, Values, and Culture in each and every interaction with team, clients, and stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
5 years business experience related to initiatives that improve individual and organizational results
Or equivalent combination of education and experience
5 year(s) experience designing, developing, and/or implementing organizational development and/or training programs
