Workstation Support Analyst
Supports internal customers for information technology hardware and software needs for personal computing devices (desktop support).
Provides support for MS Office products, desktop support issues, and printer issues.
Responds to customers in a timely manner to resolve incidents and service requests related to hardware and software in systems supported by KCSR. Updates and records all activities in the incident management tool.
Works with other IT support staff and IT management to determine best course of action to resolve incidents and customer requests.
Documents and communicates diagnostic steps within the IT knowledge base.
Monitors IT security tools to ensure security compliance on desktop support assets. Remediate security vulnerabilities on desktop support assets remotely and in person.
Maintains asset management processes with other general offices and data centers.
Administers miscellaneous IT systems in support of the Desktop Support team.

Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related technical discipline
Two (2) years of experience in computer hardware and software deployment, trouble shooting or repair
Or equivalent combination of education and experience
A+ certification preferred
ITIL Foundation certification preferred
