Performs duties like: drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store grain crops. Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc and drill to tractor. Till soil; plant and cultivate grain. Tow harvesting equipment. Drive and operate self-propelled combine. General lubrication, service (check fluids) and mechanical repair to farm machinery. Drive grain trucks to transport crops to elevator or storage area.

Equipment: 280 Tractor, 3600 Planter, 2190 Baler, WD 235 Mower, 6150 Tractor, Hay Rake, 9230 Combine, Stinger Bale Trucks, 303 Tractor, 315 Tractor.

Crops: Barley, Corn, Hay, Milo, Sorghum, Soy Beans, Wheat

Monday -Friday 8:00am -5:00pm.

Employer requires post hire drug screen and criminal background check at the employer's expense due to company policy. Failure to pass drug screen and criminal background check will result in termination of employment. Exposure to extreme temperatures. Extensive sitting or walking. Repetitive movements. Must be able to lift 60 lbs. Minimum of (3) months experience required.

Must be able to obtain a CDL within 30-90 days of hire.

No minimum education required.

Transportation: For the entire duration of the work contract, transportation from the housing location to the work site and back each day will be provided at no cost to the worker. The employer will permit workers to select any means of transportation they choose and provide reimbursement upon arrival at the farm for all inbound and outbound transportation at no less than the most economical and reasonable common carrier transportation charge for the distance involved. This may include plane, train, bus and automobile.
