Express Employment Professionals Sales/Marketing Associate in Lehighton, Pennsylvania

This position is responsible for assisting with various Sales and Marketing Operations, including logistics with the AP/APT Companies. Additionally, the Sales and Marketing Operations Associate is responsible for the measurement and evaluation of marketing tactic and campaign performance, including KPI target setting and monthly reporting and analytics. This role supervises no employees.

Primary duties and responsibilities include:

· Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and maintain core marketing operations processes to support collaboration and communication among the marketing and marketing operations teams. Identify gaps in internal processes and systems, and optimize workflows where possible

· Collaboration with team and internal stakeholders to set annual targets and goals for marketing activities, tactics, and campaigns and work within Sales and Marketing Operations to facilitate monthly/quarterly Marketing performance report outs.

· Assist with the reviewing and approving of trade show contracts and coordinating payment for show booths and special meetings including airfare and hotel accommodations

· Packing and unpacking trade show crates and special meeting materials as well as handling the logistics.

Preparing and organizing samples, executing shipping samples and collection of shipping samples from our customers

· Assisting in the payment of approved annual memberships

· Monitoring giveaways and communicating such with Creative Marketing personnel including ordering/reordering replenishment of such with monthly inventory counts and reporting

· Assists with catalog ordering/reordering and coordinating payments

· Prepare and coordinate the shipping of the catalog requests

· Coordinate/schedule all AIA lunch and learns logistics, which includes preparing and shipping of the presentation boxes, for the sale force and entering CPE certs into the AIA system

· Coordinate sampling and sample boards for all sales representatives and logistics

· Attend all marketing meetings

· Additional marketing services as needed or discussed.

Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent working experience working

· PA driver's license

· Highly organized with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work

· SAP experience a plus, but will train the right person

· Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint

· Exceptional team player with the ability to work independently with limited supervision

· Must be committed to excellent customer service and professional demeanor

· Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills and communicate effectively with others
