Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for performing all accounts payable functions. Receives & processes invoices (production, expense, and freight) for payment, charging to appropriate company and account number. Resolves any problems with invoices prior to submission for payment. Receive and respond to customer requests for invoices, statements, W-9's, etc. Receive and respond to vendor requests regarding invoice/payment status. Distribute incoming mail to the appropriate department/personnel when needed. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements and Qualifications[]{#Hlk142289191}[]{#Hlk142304825}: Associates degree in accounting or related business field preferred. 2-4 years accounts payable or general accounting experience. Advanced knowledge of Accounts Payable is very important.
