Job position: Productions Technician  Job Location: Louisville, MS

Will serve as a positive role model consistent with employer's corporation culture at all times, reads instructions, reviews production master for direction of operations and proceeds with jobs, operates all machines in a safe manner, keeps work area clean and orderly, and rotates throughout the department/team as necessary to achieve objective. Checks job history sheet for proper raw material instruction, inspects visually for defects according to Quality Systems manual and floor inspection procedure, and notifies production support if problems occur. Produces a qualify product on time, packs specific items in designated cartons according to QA manual, follows packing instructions as defined on masters and keeps accurate counts, prepares and tags all production parts in process. Records accurate counts and rejects of daily production parts in process, records accurate counts and rejects of daily production into the TAPS system. Moves from one team to the next as business needs require without notice, installs raw materials with solvents and/or miscellaneous hardware manually. Resolves conflicts with the team interactively, if possible, provides cost savings ideas to elimate waste, uses shop aids for random inspection, monitors daily team schedules to meet established customer delivery requirements, provides positive attitude for team involvement, and works/trains in other areas/departments as business dictates.
