The Manager, Payer Contracting will be responsible for the management of pharmacy contracts for Lumicera and its partners. The primary responsibility is to drive growth and profitability for Lumicera through effective contract administration. This position leader with experience onboarding new pharmacy payers and operationalizing payer contract requirements. Responsible for implementing the strategy for the pharmacy payer organization sector driving revenue enhancement through partnerships with pharmacy payers and developing value propositions for the payer community. The Manager, Payer Contracting will evaluate the value obtained from each pharmacy contract and will be responsible to ensure compliance with all contractual obligations of such contracts. The Manager, Payer Contracting assists with addressing reimbursement issues, audit review, and managing all personnel responsible for payer contracting and payer audits. The Manager, Payer Contracting handles negotiations as well as other pharmacy related projects and initiatives across all lines of business and geographies (Commercial, Medicare and managed Medicaid). The position will work with multiple departments to fulfill the responsibilities of this role with respect to pharmacy services including necessary administrative duties required to maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations.
