Your Opportunity:FolderWorks is looking for a 1st Shift Equipment Operator to join the team in North Mankato, MN! Your Responsibilities: Operates equipment and machinery used for packaging, bindery, finishing, and print production. Adjusts machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, within quality guidelines, and in a timely fashion. Troubleshoot mechanical and printing issues, making adjustments and corrections to meet production and quality standards as needed. Operates equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines. Reads and interprets work orders, blueprints, and diagrams to select position and secure machinery.
