EquipmentShare is searching for a Parts Inventory Specialist for our Mexico, MO distribution center to support our team as the department continues to grow.

Primary Responsibilities

+ + Manage and supervise parts inventory, fulfillment, and receiving

• Catalog and manage parts inventory for online resale

• Coordinating parts inventory from manufacturers and communicating with customers regarding order resolution and satisfaction

• Confirm inventory receiving invoice accuracy

• Coordinating with vendors regarding delivery schedules

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required

Skills & Qualifications

+ + Previous experience in fulfillment and shipping roles is a plus

• Previous experience in the construction or heavy equipment industry a plus

• Previous or current experience working inventory management and shipping fulfillment systems

• Emotionally intelligent

• Advanced problem-solvers

• Able to work autonomously, and be willing to seek assistance when needed

• Team Player

• Must possess exceptional customer service, organization and time management, and communication skills

• You can lift a maximum amount of 50 lbs.
