Need 7 full time, temporary, seasonal Agricultural Equipment Operators to work in Murdock, MN. From : 03/15/2024 to 11/30/2024 Work: 48 hrs./week, Mon.-Sat. 8 hrs./day Hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of time and a half. Must Apply By: 07/24/2024 JOB DUTIES: Drive and operate farm machinery to cultivate, harvest and store grain crops. Attach farm implements such as plow, disc and drill to tractor. Tow harvesting equipment. Drive and operate self-propelled combine. General lubrication, service (check fluids) and incidental repair to farm machinery. Clean and maintain equipment so it is ready for use. Crops: Beans and Corn. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here at his sole discretion. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 3 months experience; able to lift 60lbs.; valid Drivers License or able to obtain within 30 days of hire; able to perform work requiring exposure to extreme temperatures, extensive sitting and walking, frequent stooping and repetitive movements. No minimum education requirement. EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance; employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
