Personal Computer (PC) Technician / Help Desk intern

KBR is looking for a detail-oriented Personal Computer (PC) Technician / Help Desk intern to learn how to and assist with loading OS, configuring systems for users, troubleshooting and resolving user problems. Must have experience with these types of tasks. Position is located in Niceville Florida.

This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated and driven individual to gain hands-on experience in PC support, Help desk operations and work with an experienced team of professionals. Daily tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Loading new Operating Systems on PC’s.

• Loading required applications on PC’s.

• Applying security policies to PC’s ​ .

• Troubleshooting and resolving user issues.

• Troubleshooting and repairing PC hardware and or software issues.

  Basic Qualifications:

• Must have undergraduate level training in PC support.

• Must have CompTIA A+ certification.

• Enrolled in an accredited school in the Information Technology discipline.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Self-starter and self-motivated.

• Must be eligible for a secret security clearance
