The Boeing Company is looking for a Flight Test Analyst to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK.

This is an exciting opportunity supporting Boeing’s strategic bombers aircraft programs.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Associate, Mid-Level and Senior level Flight Test Analysts.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Support flight test engineering in defining requirements, developing test procedures, and performing analyses

  • Coordinate, aircraft or lab, integration, modification, setup, checkout, and teardown

  • Works with other members of project or program teams, management, and technical staff to define and implement test solutions

  • Supports development and documentation of standardized test methods and processes to ensure repeatability and productivity

  • Coordinates with others to plan testing, estimate test support requirements and ensure availability of test equipment, materials, fixtures and vehicles

  • Troubleshoots and resolves instrumentation system, data and test-related problems

  • Integrates test hardware, software, bench testing and systems checkout per engineering drawing and documents

  • Monitors test progress and test configuration/instrumentation; ensures configuration of test article/facility is returned to pre-test condition

  • Develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 2+ years of experience with lab test, flight test, or systems test

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 5+ years of experience with commercial and/or military aircraft

  • Experience supporting planning for test activities

  • Technical or operational leadership experience

Typical Education/Experience:

Associate (Level 2)

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master, 6 year's related work experience, etc.).

Mid-Level (Level 3)

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience, 9 years' related work experience, etc.)

Senior (Level 4)

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.).

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for associate level: $68,000 - $92,000

Summary pay range for mid-level: $85,000 - $115,000

Summary pay range for senior level: $106,250 - $143,750.00
