Our Human Resources team is looking for a new Senior Manager, HRIS – ServiceNow development professional to oversee HRIS ServiceNow projects and translate business needs into system designs and capabilities. This is an leadership role that give you exposure to a variety of teams and stakeholders and will allow you to elevate your ServiceNow expertise through innovative projects. You will play a vital role in the continual improvement of the knowledge management processes and assets by performing regular analysis, reporting, and training.
How you will make an impact:
Partner with the Human Resources COEs to understand their roadmap as it relates to ServiceNow
Deliver resource plans, project plans, test plans, communications, and assist with change management in areas that are newly adopting ServiceNow.
Perform as ServiceNow HRSD platform expert, leading team in design discussions
Lead business requirements discussions, documenting requirements, translating business needs into technical solutions in ServiceNow HRSD
Partner with ServiceNow technical architect, developers and configurators to troubleshoot and develop continuous improvement plans
Lead the team in initiatives such as onboarding, portal redesign, and developing analytics and metrics
Partner with the COEs who have not begun using ServiceNow to help them utilize case management
Utilize your strong hands-on technical expertise and knowledge of ServiceNow and understanding of current and future capabilities to provide efficient and innovative solutions
Provide direction and guidance to execute tactical HRIS projects and/or initiatives. Identify and interpret trends and patterns to help influence changes to the operations, process or programs.
Leverage ServiceNow analytic capabilities to present data to management, operational leaders, business partners and technology team with improvement ideas
Create and review data of articles adoption, usage of premier (high-value, frequently used) KM content, and summarize benefits, outcomes, and improvement opportunities for the organization.
Build relationships with the HR teams and other stakeholders to foster an environment of continuous improvement
Frequently interacts with customers, and/or functional peer group managers, normally involving matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers and the company; often leads a cooperative effort among members of a project team
Lead a team of developers with a roll up your sleeves attitude ready and willing to step in beside them and do the hands on work when needed
What you’ll need (required):
Bachelor's Degree in related field plus 10 of previous related experience OR Master's Degree in related field plus 8 years of previous related experience
Prior people leadership experience
PMP or direct ServiceNow project management experience
What else we look for (Preferred):
ServiceNow HRSD experience highly preferred
Expert understanding of related aspects of HRIS processes and/or systems
Excellent leadership skills and the ability to coach others to create clear and effective content
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite including advanced Excel and HRIS systems
Expert understanding of HR systems solutions while addressing issues with impact beyond own team based on knowledge of related disciplines
Good understanding of HR lifecycle and how HR technology support and enable the process (from recruitment to retirement)
Ability to develop and integrate metrics into the projects and operations that clearly demonstrate the value of HRIS to the business
Proven successful project management skills including strong organizational, self-directed, analytical, and decision-making skills to thrive with aggressive time sensitive deadlines
Participate and present at meetings with internal and external representatives
Resolve operational and scheduling issues
Dedicated to quality client service and pro-active and responsive to client needs.
Excellent documentation, communication and interpersonal relationship skills. Able to negotiate and build strong relationships at all levels to drive achievement of objectives and influence change.
Ability to quickly learn new concepts, skills, and processes and manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
Solid in-person and remote presentation skills with the ability to articulate and assess analytical needs in ambiguous situations
Strict attention to detail
Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization
Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control

The base pay range for this position is $133,000 to $187,000 (highly experienced).
The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., geographic location, qualifications, education, prior experience).
