Providence St. Joseph Health Senior ERP Change Partner - Training Specialist in Seattle, Washington

Description This position is hybrid/remote. We are seeking a candidate that would preferably reside in Renton, WA, Portland, OR, or Irvine, CA locations. Some on site work required. The Senior ERP Change Partner - Training Specialist will be responsible for creating and revising training content for both Oracle Guided Learning (an in-app guide) and traditional learning modalities, including web-based training, instructor-led training, job aids, and videos for enterprise-wide implementation initiatives. You will develop content for different training materials and Oracle Guided Learning and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build engaging training experiences. In addition, you will facilitate logistics planning across different learning methods including reviews, equipment readiness, etc. and review educational content to ensure it remains current and relevant. To excel in this role, you will need a strong understanding of instructional design principles and possess the ability to create clear and concise training content that effectively guides users through processes. Furthermore, excellent technical skills to use Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Articulate and Oracle Guided Learning administrative console are essential. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or related field. 5+ years of experience in developing training materials for multiple modalities Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-Learning standards (SCORM, AICC) Comprehensive knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or other comparable authoring tool, video, and audio recording/editing software Knowledge using infographics such as diagrams, screenshots, charts, workflows, and graphics Ability to demonstrate web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to create interactive content Troubleshooting skills and ability to identify root causes of issues and provide solutions Self-motivated and proactive, able to learn quickly and apply new concepts, tools, and applications Advanced problem-solving, collaboration, critical thinking, team-building, and presentation skills Strong ability to work with a cross-functional team, and general experience in in project management Expert verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Training experience for ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Infor, Workday, etc. Experience with developing Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) This position is hybrid/ remote.
