What You Will Do:

RLDatix has made a significant investment in our Corporate Information Systems to build scalable, global platforms to support the business in this exciting growth phase.

The Corporate Information Systems team plays a vital supporting role for the RLDatix business. A key focus for the role-holder is to maintain and continuously improve the underlying systems and processes to deliver an efficient, effective and scalable function.

The HRIS Systems Manager role will be accountable for the following:

  • Operational day to day support and administration of the HR Corporate systems which include (Sage People (HCM), Hirebridge (ATS), ADP and various other tools)

  • Management and planning of system enhancements

  • Planning and implementing M&A integration

This role is part of the Corporate Information Systems team, working closely with the Business across the globe (including colleagues in the UK, US, Canada, Sweden, and Australia offices).

The role requires an individual with strong business experience working with internal controls, processes, and systems. The role holder will be self-motivated, able to work effectively with colleagues at all levels of the business, have excellent Business Analysis capabilities and have worked with HR Systems.

This will include liaising with internal and external stakeholders and how they work together.

A crucial part of the role is:

  • Working with business stakeholders to understand their system and reporting challenges

  • Identifying any functional gaps

  • Comparing with system capabilities of the toolset

  • Working closely with the corporate business owners and running enhancement projects

  • Managing project resources

  • Delivering project updates to stakeholders

  • Producing test scripts to ensure all systems requirements are met

  • Lead user acceptance testing results

  • Work closely with other Business Analysts, System Engineers and BI Developers to ensure alignment of core systems and our business reporting

Additionally, this person will be responsible for:

Operational Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Business on a day-to-day basis across all HR system processes

  • Developing a detailed understanding of all HR business processes from end to end

  • Keeping up to date with the latest system developments

  • Taking ongoing responsibility for continuous improvement of systems and processes

  • Identifying new opportunities for automation and efficiency

  • Ongoing review and optimization of core business processes

  • Line management for Business Systems analysts

Project Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage the Corporate Information systems roadmap for the HR systems

  • Liaise with partners and developers to keep up to date with system developments

  • Prioritize enhancements with the business owners

  • Publish regularly to the business

  • M&A integration – working closely with the Business stakeholders to plan and execute of the migration of acquired company systems and processes onto the RLDatix Systems

  • The role requires an individual that has the ability to work to tight deadlines and has strong written and verbal skills. The role holder will be able to work well, both independently and in a team environment.

Experience/Knowledge You Will Need:

The candidate would ideally have:

  • Experience with administration of HR systems, maintenance, configuration and customization

  • Significant Business Analysis experience with HR systems

  • Ability to interpret business processes and practices

  • Able to provide advice on processes and business improvements - identifying improvement opportunities

  • Demonstrated desire and ability to adapt to and work in a dynamic, fast paced environment

  • Ability to demonstrate continual learning - able to learn and discover new systems

  • Desire to unpick and pull things apart - get under the skin of a system and how it functions

  • Able to carry out a gap analysis

  • Can demonstrate how a system works and can train and educate users, explaining the technical in simple terms

  • Capable of creating user acceptance testing processes and readiness checking

  • Can build sound and functioning business relationships

  • Good communicator - articulate and sound listener, can understand, and be understood, when discussing business and technical issues

  • Able to build strong plans and stick to timelines

  • Able to prioritize, identify conflicts and navigate clear steps to address

  • Willingness to travel
