Job Purpose and Impact
The HR Operations Administrator will handle the leave of absence process and execute a variety of tasks aligned to standard procedures to support human resources related activities. In this role, you will monitor benefits activity and payroll concepts for different leave of absence scenarios and support employee status updates.
Key Accountabilities
Update and correct human resources, benefits, leaves, timesheets and payroll records on a daily basis for initiated leave of absences.
Provide employer statement information to third party vendors according to local regulations.
Review and analyze customer reported issues to determine root cause and propose solutions.
Perform complex data entry into one or more system and assist in maintaining accurate records and reports related to the leave of absence process.
Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum
High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
Minimum of four years of related work experience
Intermediate Excel - Advanced
Experience in managing processes through Tickets
Experience in payroll administration or client support role
Basic English
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree or advanced student in a related field (Administration,HR etc)
Experience in automation tools (Macros, Power Query)
Mexican payroll experience
