Job Location: Remote, USA (Eastern timezone working hours)

The ideal candidate will possess a combination of functional and technical expertise, as well as a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical partners. The HRIS Manager will be the main support to the Talent Acquisition team for their technology needs collaborating with HR Business Partners, COEs, IT, Third Party Vendors and the Recruitment Outsource Provider. This individual will establish deep cross-functional relationships throughout Human Resources to ensure solutions and initiatives are effectively designed and implemented.

The HRIS Manager analyzes, designs, and implements Human Resources systems with primary focus on Workday. In addition, this role partners with key stakeholders to improve user experience as well as increase the efficiency of data processing and integrity.

This role leads ongoing process improvement activities to bring greater efficiency and effectiveness of Workday to HR, as well as the entire company and is a key participant in the growth and evaluation of the HR Technology ecosystem.

Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Lead in the research, design, implementation and maintenance of internal/external solutions for Workday Recruiting/Talent Acquisition.

  • Provides functional and technical expertise to Human Resources Centers of Excellence to ensure efficient use of Workday Recruiting through enhancements, process re-engineering, on-going maintenance and roadmap planning.

  • Lead the redesign and update of Workday Recruiting, Translate Talent Acquisition process requirements into configurable solutions. This is a hands-on position. Must be a Subject Matter Expert with Talent Acquisition Operations processes.

  • Develop, test and implement creative solutions that align with business needs, and measure results.

  • Collaborates with Process Owners and Service Delivery Teams for key changes to configuration and processes as well as change management support .

    Education and Experience

  • Bachelors degree from accredited institution is required, focus in HR, computer science or related field preferred

  • 5+ years of relevant HR and Talent Acquisition processes

  • Workday Recruiting experience is required

  • Prior experience in HR Technology implementation/configuration for H CM Talent Aquisition and reporting

Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Must be pro-active and self-motivated
