Work Designation. This role isremote.This means you will be expected to work from your home, within the continental US. There may be occasions that you are requested to come to the office based on business need. Any requests to come to the office would be communicated with you in advance.

What does it take to be successful in this role?
Working knowledge of:
Einstein Analytics Administration/Architecture
Data Models and database structure
Writing queries using SOQL and SOSL
Business Intelligence Management
Understanding of the development release cycle on the Salesforce Platform
Attention to detail and results oriented, with a strong customer focus
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Problem-solving skills to gather and present results in a manner applicable to a diverse stakeholder group
Communication skills to collaborate, explain and answer data related questions
Technical writing skills for documenting design of complex solutions
Ability to prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of continuous integration/development tools (preferred)
Ability to work in environments with competing and alternating priorities, with a constant focus on delivery
Ability to refine business acumen and establish domain / industry vertical expertise
Education & Experience Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information systems or related field
Five or more years of experience developing and maintaining dashboards within Einstein Analytics (Tableau CRM)
Experience in all phases of software development including design, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation, and support of large-scale, business centric and process based applications
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Education & Experience Preferred
Salesforce Admin Certification
Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant Certification
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Translates simple to moderately complex user stories into functional and actionable software within the Salesforce environment – following Salesforce best practices
Contributes to the development effort by participating in workshops, speaking about technical solutions, building prototypes and taking on coding assignments
Collaborates on and informs cross-functional teams of new feature technical designs, technical requirements, limitations, and implementations
Responsible for unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing of new product functionality; analyzes and mitigates issues identified during testing
Actively participates in meetings with representatives from multiple business and/or IT units
Performs other related duties as required

This compensation range is specific to the job level and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. The range has been created in good faith based on information known to Aflac at the time of the posting. Compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case. This salary range does not include any potential incentive pay or benefits, however, such information will be provided separately when appropriate. The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $140,000.
