Need 2 full time, temporary, seasonal Agricultural Equipment Operators to work in Warren, MN. From: 03/01/2024 - 12/01/2024 Work: 35 hrs./week, Mon. 7 hrs./day, Mon.-Fri. 7 hrs./day. May be requested to work additional hours. All hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of 1.5 times the regular rate of pay. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here at his sole discretion. JOB DUTIES: Drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store crops of Corn, Dry Beans, Soy Beans, and Wheat. Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc and drill to tractor. Till soil; plant and cultivate grain. Tow harvesting equipment. Drive and operate self-propelled combine. General lubrication, service (check fluids) and mechanical repair to farm machinery. Drive grain trucks to transport crops to elevator or storage area. Wash and Clean equipment. All seasonal farm related tasks as requested by owner and farm manager. Equipment: Tractor, combine, grain trucks, new model farm equipment with GPS. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Minimum three (3) months experience required for all job duties and equipment listed. Must be able to obtain a drivers license within 30 days of hire. Able to lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. Able to perform work requiring exposure to extreme temperatures, extensive sitting and walking, frequent stooping, and repetitive movements. No minimum education required. EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts. Required tools and supplies provided free of charge by employer.
