Need 4 full time, temporary, seasonal Agricultural Equipment Operators to work in Warren, MN. From: 04/01/2024 - 12/01/2024 Work: 48 hrs./week, Mon.-Sat. 8 hrs./day Hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of time and a half. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here, at his sole discretion. Must Apply By: 08/09/2023 JOB DUTIES: Drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest, and store grain crops. Attach farm implements such as plow, disc and drill to tractor. Till soil, plant and cultivate grain. Tow harvesting equipment. Drive and operate self-propelled combine. General lubrication, service (check fluids) and mechanical repair to farm machinery. Drive grain trucks to transport crops, supplies, tools or farm workers. Drive and operate self-propelled combine. General lubrication, and service on equipment. Perform daily maintenance inspections. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 3 months experience; must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 60 lbs.; must be able to obtain driver's license within 30 days of hire; no minimum education required. EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance; employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance.
