1 Agricultural Equipment Operator w/ Country Nest Corporation.5727 440th St. West Bend, IA 50597, 4335 560th Ave. West Bend, IA 50597 and multiple worksites in Palo Alto, Kossuth, Dickinson, Osceola, Jackson and Nobles counties.Drive tractors, planters, and balers, and operate other mechanized farm equipment to plant, cultivate, and harvest crops/commodities. Use farm equipment to cut, pull, dig, thresh, clean, chop, bag, or bundle harvested crops. Load/unload harvested crops or other materials manually or with equipment such as conveyors, or handtrucks. Tasks include: bushhogging fields; disking; aerating; seeding (using mechanical drills and seeders); fertilizing, weed spraying, mowing, tedding, raking, baling, and stacking. Workers must operate all equipment properly and safely. Work is to be done in the field for long periods with repetitive movements. Must be physically able to dothe work required.Requires 3 months of experience operating heavy equipment/vehicles. Must be able to lift/carry 60 lbs. Clean driving record required.
