Buckshot Construction is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Carpenter to oversee a crew of two to four, depending on the scale and timeline of each project. The Lead Carpenter will perform a wide variety of general carpentry and related tasks, adhere to and enforce workplace safety regulations, as well as assign tasks to crew members and ensure all work is completed to company standard, on schedule and within budget. The position is full-time and permanent, pays weekly at an hourly rate commensurate with skill and experience, offers performance-based raises and bonuses, and may include occasional paid overtime.
